This hotel was great. Very clean, and updated. Some of the reviews say the hotel is outdated, but I think those are from before them redoing the place.
we had an amazing time here! the staff are very attentive and friendly, especially margarita, who works the free continental breakfast. she always made our mornings so much better and was eager to check on us and help us with whatever we needed. perfect place to stay!
A reliable hotel name. The rooms are clean but a bit beat up. We had to twist some arms to get our rooms cleaned, but that is an issue in many good hotels in the USA too. They are just paying less to the cleaning personnel and giving them more than 20 rooms per day!! The breakfast was excellent and the pool was nice and clean and the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.
One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in. The place is more than worth its rate. The rooms are larger than standard. It was better than expected. Well located on a main boulevard it is also surrounded by restaurants, shops and entertainment. There’s plenty of parking. The staff was very accommodating.
Our first trip to Monterrey was so great and a big part of it was due to our stay here! The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and felt extremely safe. The staff was accommodating and the included breakfast was a huge plus! Margarita was so wonderful, personable, and helpful every morning. Can’t wait to return!
The area is beautiful with lots to do around. Also cant beat these views. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance and casinos if that is your thing. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Kept them entertained for hours. Rooms were cozy and clean with inward facing balconies. 10/10 highly recommend.
Our stay at this Holiday Inn was perfect and worth every penny. Super clean and quiet, and central to so many restaurants and stores. Reception was so helpful from the beginning. The courtyard with the pool is beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was included with our stay, which ended up being amazing—eggs, chilaquiles, cereal, the works. I especially want to shout out one of the servers, Margarita, who is an absolute angel and checked in on my friends and I to make sure we were taken care of. If I ever find myself in Monterrey again, I'll definitely be coming back here!
I really like this hotel. It is currently under renovation, which is a bit of a hassle as you have to enter at the back … but, I like the way the rooms face an interior courtyard. The breakfast is really good too. I like to eat it in the courtyard.
